How Fresh-to-Order Works

Coastal Freeze products are made after you order.

1. Choose your product and size. Your order reserves one of the available production slots.
2. We source or prepare the product based on current availability.
3. The product is freeze-dried in a small batch to remove moisture while creating its signature crisp texture.
4. We inspect the finished batch, package it in resealable Mylar, and heat-seal it for freshness.
5. Most standard orders typically ship within 30 hours.

Some unusually wet, dense, custom, or high-volume products may require additional cycle time. If that happens, we will contact you promptly.
